Lieutenant's Limerick of Trinityglen
2019 Cream Dun
Lieutenant of Whitefield (Imp) X Samrhdah of McClellan

Limerick is an extremely athletic filly that I have retained for the breeding program as well as performance.  She is bold and curious but at the same time extremely trusting and is game for whatever adventure that I may take her on.  We have spent many hours hiking in the High Desert of Nevada.  She is going to be my girl that will doing NATRC, limited distance endurance rides as well as combined driving.  She has the will, mind set and determination to be my ever faithful partner.

Limerick was born as a dark cream dun, but as you can see, as she has developed and matured she has turned almost completely white(gray), which is typical of the cream duns in the Highland ponies.  The benefit of her color changes to this form of gray is that unlike a typical gray who can develop the "flea bitten" appearance, this gray is completely pure in their coat with no flaws.  Also, in my experience with the cream duns that I have owned, none of them have had the melanomas that can afflict gray horses.
